All Morphine fans should see this.
We waited a few years to be able to see this film and I'm so glad we decided to purchase it for our collection. His work was pure genius and life story while tragic deserves to be shared with his adoring fans. I'm only sorry it wasn't release to a larger audience. Fans of Morphine if your on the fence about this film, don't be, you won't be disappointed in this film. And a great bonus is an extra disc of previously unreleased tracks.

Top Shelf, low rock at the pinnacle of excellent music. Please stop the Rykodisc / Dreamworks fight and release the 4 cd box set that Dana & Billy put together of Morphine at the Hi & Dri
Cure for Pain
An amazing look at a brilliant artist who led a very private life. This DVD gives you an inside look at Marks life and the tragedy within his family, which drove him to his success with Morphine. I never knew the real story behind Marks death until I saw this film. Morphine was one of my favorite bands of the 90's and it was fascinating to learn from his family and friends who the real Mark Sandman was. I highly recommend this film even if your not a fan of Morphine.
